From Russian National Committee for Earthquake Engineering
Russian Research Institute of the Problems of Scientific and Technological Progress and Information in Construction (VNIINTPI) and Russian National Committee for Earthquake Engineering have been publishing the Russian Journal of «Earthquake Engineering» for the last 25 years. The main goal is to inform promptly the engineering and scientific community about the recent developments in Earthquake Engineering. The papers are comparatively short, 6 to 8 pages and are in Russian. This year in 1997, a special issue was published containing three keynote reports. The Contents of this special issue, as well as the Contents of the 1996, No 6, and 1997, No 1 issues are given below.
