SCOPE and TOPICS
Coordinated international research, discussions on new findings and research needs especially becomes inevitable, as far as better understanding of
"Seismic Behaviour of Irregular Structures"
are concerned, if cost effective and quick results aimed to be reached in near future.
It is well known that there are numerous small size research groups acting individually all over the world that can contribute to this workshop and can share the benefit of it.
Experimental validations and substantiated theoretical works in the following subjects will be discussed in this workshop,
Special attention will be given to studies related to the Eurocode 8 provisions for irregular structures.
Extended Abstracts & Proceedings
Extended abstracts of two pages, will be collected first. The deadline for this submission is
February 1, 1999.
Authors will be notified before
May 3, 1999
for preparation of full papers.
September 1, 1999
is the last day for submitting the papers. Proceedings will be printed before the workshop. An additional volume is planned to cover the discussions. Only a tentative title of possible submissions will be presented for the time being. The organisers will then send further details for the preparations of manuscripts along with the preliminary program. Please note that only those contributions presented at the workshop will be published in the Proceedings.
