The book describes the history of the zone in SW Bulgaria where in 1904 two very strong shocks occur in time domain of 200 minutes (M7.2 as foreshock and M7.8 as main event).

The full catalogue is presented since historical times up to 2000 with number of earthquakes exceeding 5500.All known and many new constructed macroseismic maps - more than 100 have been included as well.
